I accidentally ordered the wrong vitamins and had to send them back. The return instructions were clear, and the refund came through after a few days. No chasing, no long emails, no hassle, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely order again.

I ordered from vitamondo.eu and thankfully everything arrived just fine, which I was happy about because I always like to feel a bit reassured when trying a shop. The delivery was okay and the package came in good shape, so no issues there. The only thing is the shipping cost was a little higher than I expected for a small order. It wasn’t outrageous, but it did make me pause a bit. I’d probably order again, but next time I might wait until I need a few more things so the shipping feels more worth it...

They’ve got a decent mix of vitamins and health products, and I was able to find a few things I needed. That said, a couple of the items I usually buy weren’t available, and some categories literally felt a bit limited. It’s not a bad place to shop at all, just not amazing either.

I don’t remember every single step, but I do know checkout was a mess. I tried to place my order and it just wouldn’t finish, which was frustrating.

My order showed up fine, but the box was squashed on one side and looked a bit rough lol. Luckily everything inside was totally okay, so it wasn’t a big deal. Just feels like the packaging could be a little sturdier next time.

I guess I was just a little disappointed because I expected a bit more info or reassurance, but at least it got handled in the end...

I feel like you could probably find similar vitamins for less somewhere else. Maybe it’s just me, but it didn’t really feel like great value for money, so I don’t think I’d order again.

I’m genuinely convinced this is one of the better options out there. The ingredients look clean, nothing strange or sketchy, and it’s worked totally fine for me. I’d 100% get it again.

So, I ordered from Vitamondo once, it felt safe overall. Like, the product pages had enough info for me to feel okay about buying, and the prices were clear too, which I really appreciated because there weren’t any weird extra costs popping up at the end.
The delivery was, you know, fine. Not super fast or anything, but it did arrive within the time they said it would, so I can’t really complain. I also liked that the emails were simple and easy to understand, not overly complicated or full of stuff I didn’t need.
I’m giving 4 stars because, well, I do think some of the product details could be a little more complete. But overall, it seems like an honest site, and yeah, I’d probably order from them again

I had a rough time using the site, it kept freezing on me, and checking out was way more confusing than it needed to be. I just wanted to place my order, but the whole process ended up being really annoying.
